  1. Erected the Military Mountaineers Statue


  1. Erected and donated plaques for Heroes Walk


  1. Erected the 9-11 Memorial


  1. Supports local chapter visits to Walter Reed National Medical Center, Bethesda (WRNMC), Fort Belvoir Army Medical Center, Brooks Army Medical Center (BAMC) and Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, Germany to present gifts to our wounded warriors


  1. Provides Wounded Warrior Support backpacks containing 10th Mt. Div. logo hats, tee shirts, tear-a-way sweats, Hilton Hotel quality bathrobe and NFL quality 10th Mt. Div. football jersey to all Wounded Warriors at DOD and VA Medical Centers  


  1. Supports sending Wounded Warriors to the National Disabled Veterans Winter and Mountain Sports Clinics and provides financial assistance to improve mobility and quality of life at Wounded Warrior homes


  1. Started and is growing the 10th Mt. Div. (Light) scholarship fund. Fifty-six $5,000 scholarships have been awarded since 2007. Five will be awarded in 2016.


  1. Runs the memorial brick program so that Soldiers can place an engraved brick on Heroes Walk in memory of a comrade or family member profits going to the scholarship fund


  1. Sponsors the Strongest Warrior Competition


  1. Provides Military Mountaineer Statues awards to the Soldier and NCO of the year


  1. Provides financial support for the "Mountain of Toys" annual Christmas and other Soldier/Family events/support requirements


  1. Supports the Adopt a 10th Mt. Platoon Program through its 20 nationwide chapters


  1. Provides support for Canadian and German Wounded Warriors


  1. Conducts National Reunions
